This simple jersey dress had a matching tie belt, which seemed unnecessary given the good fit of the dress on the client. However, she did not like the sleeveless style at the top as it left her upper arms very exposed.

We used the fabric in the tie belt to create some fluttery soft sleeves that complemented the style of the dress and achieved the gentle coverage that the client wanted.
